New Patients at
120 Chiropractic Inc.

We look forward to welcoming you to 120 Chiropractic Inc.. For your first appointment, we ask that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring any recent X-rays or other imaging you’ve had done, as well as any information you have about your medical history. Our intake paperwork is available for you to complete online ahead of time, but if you are unable to do that, we ask that you come fifteen minutes early to complete the forms before your appointment.

When you arrive, we will welcome you and take you on a brief tour of our office. Then you’ll meet with Dr. Andosca for your initial exams. This will include thermography scans, which are painless, non-invasive scans that show us where your nervous system is holding stress. If necessary, we’ll also take X-rays with our digital X-ray system. Then, Dr. Andosca will conduct thorough orthopedic and chiropractic exams, which will include assessing your posture and ranges of motion.

After these exams, Dr. Andosca will provide a brief overview of what was done and what happens next. Our front office will schedule you for your next appointments and discuss all the financial matters with you. This first visit takes about 45 minutes to one hour.[/two_thirds_last]

At your next visit, Dr. Andosca will go over your first Report of Findings, explaining the results of your initial exams, X-rays, and Thermography Scan. Then you’ll receive your first adjustment. This second visit takes about thirty minutes.[/two_thirds_last]

At this visit, which is your second Report of Findings, Dr. Andosca will explain your corrective care plan, and then will provide you with additional adjustments. This third visit will take about thirty minutes as well.

Following your initial exams, and your first and second Report of Findings, you will continue on your corrective care plan until your spine and/or extremities are in more ideal alignment, your nervous system is functioning more optimally, and your health goals are achieved. Each visit in your corrective care plan will take approximately 15-20 minutes. We also monitor your progress very closely with regular re-evaluations including re-scans of your nervous system with our Thermography system, and, as necessary, with re-Xrays of your spine and/or extremities.[/three_fourths_last]

Once your corrective care plan is completed, you will transition to a wellness plan where you will receive chiropractic adjustments less frequently. This will help you continue your progress as well as help make sure your nervous system continues to function at an optimal level. Dr. Andosca will assess the type of wellness care you need as he monitors you through your corrective care plan.[/two_thirds_last]
